Reflect on a time when God used the trouble/s you were facing to produce endurance, character, and hope in you.

How could you use what we learned about God today to remind yourself to rejoice in the troubles you are facing when they come?

What might change in your life if you truly understood the fact that you are no longer weak and helpless as a child of God?

How can you more fully depend on the Holy Spirit, your helper?
